Type Locality and Naming

In the Dalverzin steppe, Mount Baraktyntau, Kuramin Range. O.I.Sergunyukova, 1965 (457, p.93). Previously distinguished under the name of Cyrtospirifer layers of the upper Famennian substage.

Dark gray, thin-bedded, fine-grained dolomitized limestones. Thickness 165m.

Age
